Nicole Sheldon shares the use of traditional Chinese recipes to harness the healing qualities of herbs and food in everyday cooking.
Nicole Sheldon has spent her life cultivating food as medicine in both her studies and in the kitchen. She is a licensed acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist with a specialization in medicinal cooking (Yao Shan).
Medicinal cooking is not only an integral part of health and healing but also a way to understand and appreciate nature and the individual environments in which we live.
