Raised in a Thai family immersed in a male-dominated business environment, Pam learned resilience early on and confronted the formidable challenges women face in breaking through corporate glass ceilings. Her career path led her into a variety of industries such as automobile manufacturing, where she often found herself as the lone woman among predominantly male business partners.
Pam's journey stands testament to the resilience and holistic leadership at the heart of Dragonfly's LEAD WELL philosophy. This ethos harmoniously integrates personal growth with professional success, fostering environments where every individual – irrespective of gender or background – thrives and contributes to the greater good of society.
WOODY
MILINTACHINDA
Dragonfly’s co-founder, Thailand’s leading talk show host, and a passionate advocate for equality and inclusion. With over two decades of experience as the nation’s top talk show host on radio and TV, Woody has transformed into one of Thailand's most influential social media personalities and thought leaders. He founded large-scale events like the S2O Music Festival, hosted across Bangkok, Sanya, Seoul, Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York City.
In his diverse roles as DJ, VJ, TV host, actor, and producer, Woody has represented Thailand in interviews with world-famous figures, including the Dalai Lama, Will Smith, Lisa BLACKPINK, Jackson Wang, Dua Lipa, and David Beckham. Recognized by CNN among Asia's Top 100 Influential Personalities, he uses his influence to raise awareness of various issues. He led the Thai government's "60 Day Challenge" to enhance public health awareness and continues to advocate for mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, and same-sex marriage.
As a co-founder of Dragonfly, Woody values collaborative leadership, bringing together diverse perspectives to foster teamwork and mutual respect. He exemplifies personal integrity and authenticity, leading by example with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to ethical behavior.
CINDY BISHOP
Co-founder of Dragonfly, is a distinguished actress and gender equality advocate. A former Miss Thailand World titleholder, Cindy has become a leading figure in the entertainment industry for over 25 years, excelling as an actress, model, and international TV host, notably on the regional hit Asia’s Next Top Model.
In 2018, she launched the impactful #DontTellMeHowToDress movement in response to gender-based violence, earning accolades such as Thailand Activist of the Year 2018 and recognition among BBC’s 100 Most Influential Women in 2020. As UN Women’s Goodwill Ambassador for Asia and the Pacific, Cindy drives critical awareness and action on gender equality through initiatives like "My Body My Rules" and the empowering "Period Power" project, empowering women and girls globally.
With Dragonfly, Cindy sees it as more than a platform but a transformative force for equality, inclusion, and leadership.
